DESIGN FILES

We only share high-resolution files to maintain design exclusivity and quality. No open files, except the logo will be shared.

CUSTOM WORK

All invitations, stationery, artwork, illustrations, engraving, and calligraphy projects are custom-made based on client requirements. A design is confirmed only after written approval via email/WhatsApp. Minor variations in color, print, or texture may occur due to handmade and printing processes. Komal & Color Studio reserves the right to decline projects that conflict with artistic style or values.

PRICING & PAYMENTS

Prices are quoted in OMR or USD unless otherwise stated. A non‑refundable booking deposit of 50% is required to begin work.
Final payment must be completed before printing/shipping. Rush orders may incur additional charges.
Payment methods: Bank transfer / Online payment / Cash (as applicable). PayPal payments incur an additional 12% processing fee.

EDITS & REVISION

Two rounds of layout edits are included after submission of 1st draft. Further major edits will be billed additionally.
Text edits are permissible. All illustrations are exclusively hand painted for your invitation. Due to the custom nature of the project, changing colors, or adding elements, will be an extra cost; depending on the scope of work.

PRINTING & PRODUCTION

We offer full-service design-to-print support with premium papers and finishes. Print color may vary slightly from screen previews.
Client must proofread all text before final approval. Komal & Color Studio is not responsible for errors after approval.

SOCIAL MEDIA

Komal & Color Studio may post photos at its discretion of daily work on social media platforms and/or our website blog. All designs and client work belong to Komal & Color Studio, and can be shared at any point during the design, production and/or following an event. If a client prefers their project to remain private, this must be requested in writing before project begins.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Delivery timelines depend on project scope and production schedule. Komal & Color Studio is not responsible for courier delays, customs fees, or damage after dispatch. International clients may incur import duties.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Because all products are custom made - No refunds after design approval.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All artwork, illustrations, calligraphy, and designs remain the intellectual property of Komal & Color Studio. Designs may not be copied, reproduced, or resold without written permission.
